Laurus Edutech’s Business Associates Orientation Program

Laurus Edutech’s Business Associates orientation program is a detailed course where the Business Associates are trained on the basics of assessment the process, the principles and methodology of assessments, the key guidelines & ideal behavior, how to prepare for and conduct assessment programs, the results format, and performance of post-assessment reviews.

The objective of the assessment empanelment program is to provide a scalable model. Last but not the least, each of our empanelled Business Associates is required to undergo a mandatory training on the Laurus Edutech Code of Conduct, which provides guidelines for conducting assessments with the highest standards of ethics.
