Laurus Edutech (LE) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified premier skill development group
with over 34 years of experience in providing high quality vocational training to
students, assessment support services to leading industry bodies and government
organizations, and placement as well as flexible staffing services to customers
across diverse industries. We have partnered with several government organizations,
nodal agencies, and other service providers.
Our Approach
Traditional skill development models, quite often, fail to achieve their objectives
due to rapid advancements in technology and work practices, changing consumer expectations,
lack of alignment between supply and demand of different types of resources, and
most importantly, lack of a coherent strategy.
At Laurus Edutech, we believe that it is only with the combined energies of government
agencies, industry bodies, business houses, and entrepreneurs that skills development
initiatives can get the much needed focus and investments to achieve a national
level impact. Furthermore, path-breaking technologies are required to achieve a
non-linear impact, generate new insights and enable effective management.
Our Group
Our corporate structure is really a manifestation of our vision to transform vocational
skills training in India. LE is one of the premier skill development companies that
has structured its entities to focus in different services that it offers to ensure
a focused and complementing service delivery and yet provide an integrated skill
development solutions.
Our group includes
- Laurus Edutech, the parent organization, owns all the group companies and is responsible
for the group’s strategy and operations
- LE Skill Development is a strategic arm to promote joint ventures and public-private
partnerships forged by the group. Laurus Edutech Life Skills is the first such JV.
- Laurus Edutech Life Skills, a joint venture with National Skill Development Corporation
(NSDC), focuses on engineering trades with a plan of training over 1.1 Million students
through 540 centres across India
- Laurus Institute is a national level not-for-profit skills development think tank
dedicated to research initiatives and improvement advocacy of critical issues facing
the informal sector, and challenges that industries face in finding the right talent
with adequate level of vocational skills
- LE Infra, is the infrastructure services arm of the organization focusing on providing
critical delivery infrastructure such as building and machinery required for training
centres and support infrastructure such as low cost hostel accommodation for students
