Hub and Spoke

We are aggressively building a nation-wide network utilizing a “Hub and Spoke” model to maximize the reach of our vocational skills training programs and provide students access to a high-quality training infrastructure. LE operates major training centres (Hubs) across the country, each of which is linked to several Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 cities and semi-urban townships. Our training centres are a combination of owned, franchised, shared, and government-aided centres under the Public Private Partnership model. A PPP is a partnership between the private sector and the government to enhance service delivery mechanisms by bringing in globally adopted best practices.
